Worked with JP; a real gentleman. Whatever you are paying him, he deserves a raise! The place is clean and very well maintained. My experience here is way different AND way better than the previous storage unit I rented.

My husband and I have been renting from A-1 for the past several years. We have had a variety of units in different sizes on this multi-story facility in Belmont and have received excellent customer service from JP and Antonio. The facility is immaculate and they take a great deal of personal pride in keeping it clean and well run. It is climate controlled, secure and well lit. After reading Yelp reviews on a number of storage facilities I chose A-1 and ended up using it for over a year and was pleased with the service. The price did go up about 15 dollars after the first few months, and I'm thinking this might be standard practice. The place was clean, secure, easy to access and the management was always friendly and helpful. It was also very easy and convenient to pay online. I would use A-1 storage again and highly recommend it.

After scouring Yelp, calling several places in the Bay Area and just about to give up, I found JP and A1 in Belmont. I felt like I was leaving my stuff at a (reliable and trustworthy!) friend's place. Safe, secure and clean (which, believe me and my research) is not the case at many storage facilities, I am happy to review A1 and if you're searching around, your search is now over. I HIGHLY recommend this storage facility. The facility is kept very clean and the temperature is nicely regulated for the units. I have also always felt safe while at my unit. What sets this facility apart from any other is the PHENOMENAL customer service provided by JP and Antonio. They are professional, friendly and extremely helpful. These two go out of their way to make sure all needs are met and they build a relationship with the customer as well. JP and Antonio are amazing! Their expertise and customer oriented demeanor make this storage facility a breeze to get in and out of and to feel welcome. I would definitely recommend to others who are looking for a quick and easy transition for their storage needs. A++

My daughter and I went to rent a storage unit. The person who helped us, Antonio, was extremely helpful. We looked at many units before deciding on the one we got and Antonio made sure we would have a dolly over memorial weekend. Great place.
