My parents and I were looking for a storage space nearby while the house was going through some huge renovations. Antonio is super helpful, and an asset to this place! Signing up was a breeze, and everyone that came in knew him by name. Being in costumer service can wear you down, but he doesn't show it, and is super positive. Units are clean well kept, and he help me find the perfect location.

This is a review that I should've written a few months ago but the staff there deserves this so I'm writing it now. They are deserving of there name bec they go above and beyond their duties. They were very accommodating and got me very good rates on my storage. When I had to downsize they were very honest on how much storage space I really needed. This place is very clean and the security is really good. The people who work in the office are really professional and very nice too! I was most impressed with the level of service provided by the manger JP. I feel really good about choosing this location for our family's storage needs and I would highly recommend it.

Worked with JP; a real gentleman. Whatever you are paying him, he deserves a raise! The place is clean and very well maintained. My experience here is way different AND way better than the previous storage unit I rented.

My husband and I have been renting from A-1 for the past several years. We have had a variety of units in different sizes on this multi-story facility in Belmont and have received excellent customer service from JP and Antonio. The facility is immaculate and they take a great deal of personal pride in keeping it clean and well run. It is climate controlled, secure and well lit. After reading Yelp reviews on a number of storage facilities I chose A-1 and ended up using it for over a year and was pleased with the service. The price did go up about 15 dollars after the first few months, and I'm thinking this might be standard practice. The place was clean, secure, easy to access and the management was always friendly and helpful. It was also very easy and convenient to pay online. I would use A-1 storage again and highly recommend it.

After scouring Yelp, calling several places in the Bay Area and just about to give up, I found JP and A1 in Belmont. I felt like I was leaving my stuff at a (reliable and trustworthy!) friend's place. Safe, secure and clean (which, believe me and my research) is not the case at many storage facilities, I am happy to review A1 and if you're searching around, your search is now over.
