A-1 was such a great help when we had such a stressful move. Quick, efficient, and hospitable. Lynette greeted us and took care of us right away. Would recommend.

This is, by far, the best self-storage facility in the Bay Area. Perfect location, excellent facility, and most importantly, worth the money. I was in here for a year during a move/transition, with a 10x25 unit that contained a three-bedroom house's worth of belongings. The unit was clean, spacious, and individually alarmed. Customer service was excellent. I had a first-floor unit that was a breeze to move into and out of. If I ever need storage again, I will certainly go here. Thanks everyone.

I finally remembered to write a review here a few days after signing the lease cancellation form, and I definitely felt my money all the past months of renting my unit was worth it. After nearly 7 years of storage at the Belmont site, I recently moved everything to a storage facility in the East Bay close to family. This A1 Self Storage is the cleanest, most secure storage facility I've ever rented. I didn't have the temp control unit but each unit because of the metal and cement siding was a cool temperature. I've been with this storage facility for few years now, so far it's been great in terms of security, ease of access and service. I've started with one unit and when temporary needed another one, they found me one which is close to my first which was super convenient. Price is fair for the bay area and has increased just slightly over the time I had it for, but always ask about rate increase plans before to avoid surprises, mine was expected so - no complains. I feel good about this business and recommend it to friends

This is my first storage unit experience and Jp and Tim made it a good one. They are very accommodating and helpful. Great customer service, my unit feels secure and it was very easy for me to move my stuff into the unit. They gave me a great deal on it as well. Would recommend!

This is the ONLY placed to store your items! The units are clean and most have temperature control. The best part is working with JP and Antonio. They both are professional and kind. They give amazing customer service! There is no other place like this one. A-1 is the very best!
