Great facility, amazing service. JP is wonderful, he answered all of our questions and gave us great guidance.

The units are incredibly clean and the temperature control is ideal. Most importantly, I found the staff to be fantastic. Friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I recently rented a unit at A-1 Self Storage and was assisted by Tim and JP. I already had a unit in place, but needed an additional one. As usual, JP and Tim were extremely helpful in processing the paperwork for obtaining another unit within a few minutes. JP and Tim were really nice and helpful! I thought it would be difficult to find good, clean storage at a reasonable price but Tim.gave m excellent advice the day before about the discounts and how to get a lower rate, as did JP when I came in to pick up the key today. I would recommend this facility for storage based on the excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the facility.

This was the first storage facility I've rented in the bay area after receiving a recommendation from a friend. Upon arrival, I noticed how clean the place was and the manager was extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. When we visited the storage unit for initial inspection, he noticed that some of the lights above and around the unit were a bit dim or were out, and he offered to replace them the very next day so that I could see into my unit better. I was with A-1 for 4 years, the place is immaculate, safe, units are easily accessible, and staff is readily available to assist in anyway that they can. I recently ended my contract with them bc it was time for me to do some spring cleaning and I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jp! I literally had the worst day ever and walked into his office, took my whole day and week out on him for no reason, and rather than argue with me, or shut the door on me, he went out of his way to call me when I left to make arrangement... read more
