Love this place! Very clean, very accessible, very secure. All staff is helpful and friendly. Especially Glenda. Thank you for the great service, good prices, ease of rental and for welcoming me.

Scams, lies, false ads, elevators broken, carts not available. That pretty much sums it up. The advertisement stated 5x10. The reservation confirmation showed 5x10. It also showed the correct unit number i received. Thus, it is not a mistake such as someone in the office gave me the wrong unit. This is not an indictment of the employees. Let's make that clear. I had a marvelous experience recently at A-1 Storage in La Mesa, on Center Drive. Glenda was my main point of contact there; she did the initial paperwork with me and got me oriented to my new space. She was also calm, gracious and patient with me when I couldn't figure out how to work my new lock! : ) Glenda gave me an impromptu tutorial, and was so sweet.
