We had a great experience. The staff was quick to help us. Super friendly and could answer any question we had. They explained everything up front and had us in a unit in under 20 minutes. They were helpful in pointing out a free lock with YELP. Building was very clean and units are easily accessible.
Was an easy quick process renting a trailer. The young woman working, sorry I'm blanking on name, was very helpful in showing me their sizes and the unit itself before I decided to rent. I recommend this location. Safe and good part of town, not over run with homeless.

Great experience. Came to see about getting a storage unit and they even walked us through each size to make sure we got the appropriate size. No pressure to get anything extra so that was a major plus.

I was in quick need of a large storage unit, I looked online and their prices were the best. Booked- simple The next day just as promised Megan from the store called me to let me know they got my reservation and they were ready for me. Went to the store, masks were worn and Plexi screens dividers up. Was a fast check-in, shown the best route to my unit-Done! Off and running! Thanks a lot Megan for the excellent customer service! I highly recommend

Friendly staff. Easy process to secure a storage unit. Pricing is a little high but with a Yelp check in they will I've you the lock. I rented here because I was on a time crunch but had I had a little more time I would have found someplace cheaper.

A-1 in La Mesa took care of everything I needed due to a recent move. Megan and Patrick helped me out a lot when the moving company left some of my items in one of the freight elevators. Not only did they locate my goods but also moved them back into the unit I had rented and kept them under lock and key. Thanks again for your help.
