A-1 in La Mesa took care of everything I needed due to a recent move. Megan and Patrick helped me out a lot when the moving company left some of my items in one of the freight elevators. Not only did they locate my goods but also moved them back into the unit I had rented and kept them under lock and key. Thanks again for your help.
Went to this storage to look for a new storage. Met with Sarai and she was able to explain and answer all our questions. She is very knowledgeable and gave us all the information that we needed! We are now renting from this company :)
Reserving this unit on line was super easy. After receiving a quote last week they followed up with us reminding us they were there to answer any questions. This let us know they wanted our business. After looking online and comparing rates we chose this location as it is close to our home and had the best rate. Upon arrival it looked very clean and they are very professional. Over all we like the service this far.
Terrible experience with these people. After YEARS of on time payments we were CHARGED $50.00 for being less than two months behind. The business plan seems to be to take your stuff. Do NOT trust them!
Super helpful staff and very easy to get too. We're storing almost our whole house during a remodel and this place is a lifesaver!
Please don't take your personal belonging to this storage they ask u to fill out paper work saying what u might put in the storage and then they go into your storage and steal what they want. My thing were only their for about 2 months and many thing were taken when I was asked to get a police report I did and the officer did a interview over the phone I told him what was missing and the officer said that it looked like a inside job all of the employee has their stories together they talk about having camera but the only cam... read more
This is our 2nd time using their storage unit. Still happy with service and rates. Very hospitable and I am grateful for the military rates.
