I decided to do an internet search of storage facilities in my area. I found this website to be great. It was user friendly, it allowed me to look at the different storage units offered as well as do a comparison of prices. I felt like I was using Priceline or Kayak. LOL. So I had what was probably a non-standard experience here. Came down with the boyfriend to rent a unit, but we didn't get around to actually storing stuff into it for a few weeks because he was busy with school. Three weeks or so pass by and I go online to pay the bill, but for some reason, the online system wasn't recognizing my login. I stopped by the office to see what was up. Thank you for your feedback, Diana. Our normal procedure is to contact a customer when we find a unit unlocked and empty. We are investigating your situation, as you should have been contacted. Also, to put your mind at ease, the metal walls in our storage units are an upgraded security feature. They are much more secure than traditional drywall because they can't be easily cut or damaged like a normal wall.
Have been at that location for a year , there always very helpful when you need something,place is very well kept up. A/C would be nice upstairs but its not that bad.
great people, great service. Owned and operated by great people. Currently under non-tolerance attack by those that preach tolerance. Shame on my gay brethren.
I've used this place before. Not much to say about it though. You pay the fee, put your crap in, lock it up and leave. They supported the hate ? Well, it looks like I'm going to find another place for my crap now .
Nice location, reasonable price, convenient schedule, secure (so far), clean and most of all specious.
