If you're thinking of storing your valuables here, you should seriously re-consider and find a storage business that takes security seriously. After having my unit recently plundered by thieves who bypassed extremely lax security, I am convinced my possessions would be more safe on my front lawn than they were at this establishment. My worst nightmare has become reality - ugh!

Kayla in the front office made everything super easy and convenient! Everything was clean and secure. You have your own password to get into the gated facility. Hours are great open until 10pm which is nice you can stop by after work. Would highly recommend to anyone. Call her in the office, or via email she can hook you up with better prices than posted online!

This storage facility was perfect for my needs. I needed a place where I could get a bunch of furniture delivered and stored while a building was under construction, but the kicker was that deliveries would be coming to the unit when I was not available to meet the driver to accept them. Pricey but convenient. Most units can only be accessed thru inner corridors, which makes it difficult to bring in large items such as stove, refrigerator, etc If you don't have homeowners insurance, you'll have to pay extra $10 per month. It had been 20 yrs since I used a rental unit and was unpleasantly surprised to find out how expensive they are! Can't wait to have our house rebuilt so we can move our belonging out!!

Kayla is great! She was very helpful and knowledgeable about choosing the right unit for me. The units have individual alarm on them, so you have to use an access code for the gate that corresponds to the u it you are opening. This place is clean and looks legit secure! Would recommend!

They increased my rent from $95 to $104 after only four months. Avoid at all costs. This represents an increase in rent of 9.47% after only being a tenant for four months. Their letter states 'we must periodically adjust rates to offset the increasing costs for maintenance, taxes, insurance and utilities. As a result, your monthly rental rate beginning 7/26/2017 will be $104." Good clean facility, great staff. Kayla was very prompt with everything that she said she'd do. She said she would contact the manager about my situation and she did it right there so I didn't feel like my situation was brushed to the side.

Clean, dry, and felt safe keeping our belongings here. You have to input your passcode to open the door to the hallway prior to accessing your storage unit. I found that they are reasonably priced and gave us a military discount! Also was nice that they provided dollies for their customers to use and had water and chocolates in their front office.

Very good staff at this location. Buildings well designed and maintain cool temperatures. Recommend this site over Uhaul storage nearby. Also, prices competitive, but still expensive.
