Good Facility, Good Staff, seems like a decent company. It is very clean and secure. They raised my rent unexpectedly by $30 in fewer than 6 months. I understand the need for increases (especially with Prop I causing everything to go up in price) I just dont like being blindsided. The location manager reached out and has said she will try to keep me posted in advance of any future increases - good enough for me.

I had two different storage lockers for many years. The place is very clean and the free provided push carts were a blessing.

The customer service was great. The front desk manager did a great job assisting me with my unit. The unit itself definitely met my expectations. It was clean and I didn't have any issues with it at all. I'd recommend this storage unit to everyone.

We needed storage for about 2 months while our house was for sale. It was very simple to set up the reservation online, and Kayla was helpful on-site. They sent a bill at the end of the first month by email, and it was easy to pay online. The facility is clean, climate controlled, and well maintained. This place is amazing~! the kiosk out front even let me pay my rent for one unit as well as rent another unit and even gave me a lock!! the location is easy to get to and once there i love how it is one way in i have a two year old and only had to worry about cars from one direction which is AWESOME when trying to move stuff with a toddler by myself can be difficult Highly recommend this place! girl at the front desk (sorry i forgot your name) but she was always there.... very polite and considerate!

Had to get a little unit to store some things and was able to book online which is so convenient! They have great customer service. Convenient location. Recommend!

I have been at the Copley location since 2009 with no problems except I ran out of room in my unit so, this weekend, I needed to transfer to the next size up. The gal that helped me was very professional and even thought to let me borrow another lock in case we didn't get everything moved over that day. It reminded me what good customer service was like.

I got my storage here a few months ago, and I have to say this is a real classy place. Every time I come it's clean, the elevators make moving easy. The two ladies in the office Kayla and Jennifer? I think that's her name, are nice and helpful. This is actually my second time storing here and if ever the need arises I will come back. ~N. Ponce

Great people, very nice building and well maintained, terrific personal customer service. Easy to do business with, they handled my need for a different sized unit beyond my expectations. I felt like they cared and went out of their way to help make things convenient for me.
