I was driving down from Costa Mesa with 95% of my belongings and noticed that it would be 5:55 when I finally got here. They close at 6! So I called ahead and let them know that I would be cutting it close. Then traffic got worse and we actually arrived at 6:01. I have had a unit at this location for almost two years. Staff has always been courteous and helpful. Yesterday there was an issue that required moving my unit. The facility manager, Tony, was immensely helpful and collected in what could have been an easy situation. On top of excellent customer service, he brought up an extra cart and helped move my things personally. What otherwise could have been a very frustrating experience turned out fine. This place is great, convenient location, easy access from 52/805. I've had an A-1 unit before at a different location and this one is far superior. The access hours are great, too. Their passcode entry and exit system is easy. I especially appreciate the kindness and patience of one employee in particular, Tony. He is awesome! If I need to use a self storage service again, I'll go out of my way to come to the Copley location.

I think this storage facility is perfect for 'native San Diegan' "REI [Recreational Equipment, Inc.] (Co-Operative)" members who travel home in-between seasonal jobs, etc. Also, a decent enough location (not best) for residents of rural San Diego to store belongings for urban visits.
