Clean facility with professional team. I ended up needing to close the unit when my boyfriend and I broke up and the folks at the desk were super helpful, especially since it was a sad, emotional situation.
it's a really good storage, they allow to entry until 10 pm,which is great. I have use A1 storage for a while. Before I use in a different location, I trust their service. They make everything safety enough
I booked the place on-line and they asked about using their insurance or my home owners insurance. I selected to use our home owners insurance. To my surprise, when I arrived at the facility to complete the signup - everything was old fashioned using paper forms, was not impressed with this, what a waste. A-1 gets an A-plus! I had a storage unit at this location for the past 3 years before I moved to a place with more space, and I had the best experience! I did tons of research on companies all over the Bay Area (as far out as Livermore), trying to find the lowest rates. Little did I know that this location closest to my last apt. had the best rates hands down! The interior of the building is spotless and well-lit, and I always felt very safe. Stored my furniture here for a year and had no problems. Staff is professional and always answered my questions, even during the Pandemic (COVID-19). Property was always clean, which is important for me. The only issue I had, which is very minor, the elevators don't hold long as you're loading/unloading. Aside from that, I was highly satisfied.
Thank you A1 storage staff (especially James) for taking great care of us while storing our stuff. The facility is always clean and secure. If we ever need to store stuff again we will be coming back Teresa
This place is fantastic! There is another self storage location near my home, but I ultimately chose to go with A-1 because their prices were more affordable. I'm SO glad that I did! The facilities look great, and even the units on the third floor are conveniently located. The layout is very well thought out and simple to remember. Friendly staff and clean facility. Dollies are provided to help you move. I rented a small storage for over a year and I never encountered any pests. Staff would always greet me when I run into them.
