This is the best storage unit company I have ever rented from. They are prompt, trustworthy and precise. The customer service is amazing. This place offers great security. Mark from this place perfect. The property bathrooms halls and units are clean roomy ...etc.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment 3+ times in April & May of 2013. We were staging our house & moving and I needed lots of boxes/moving supplies. I was so impressed with the level of service. The guy (I don't remember his name) was really wonderful to work with; nice as can be and very helpful/knowledgeable. Very clean establishment as well. Plus, they have yummy candy! Thanks for everything!
One of the reasons I was in the East Bay was to meet up with a friend and lend a hand as her recently widowed Mom downsized from her house to a senior apartment. She had a few pieces of heirloom furniture that her kids back east would soon be claiming as well as various painting she wanted to keep in the family and the usual assortment of boxes and what not. This place is in a great location right next to Kirker Pass Road, so it's a breeze to get in and out of there. The owner is incredibly nice but has like twenty cats on the grounds. Not that I don't love kitties but I was like WOW. The grounds are immaculate, the security is great. Everything seems to be in perfect working order and their prices are very reasonable and competitive. I feel incredibly confident storing things at their facility. A truly positive experience each time I go there.
Immaculate facility. Extraordinary customer service. Learned yesterday that my almost-80-year-old-mom needs storage space on an emergency basis. I went online first and kicked a whole bunch of storage facility tires.
