I had reserved a unit at their facility. However, I wanted to go by and view the units before making a commitment. When I arrived Sabrina the attendant on site, was so helpful and she showed me 3 of their units. She even told me how I could save on insurance. The grounds are clean, the units are kept clean. I feel so comfortable storing my items here and have told my friends about the facility. 5 star in my book.

The process in getting a storage unit was seamless and the customer service was great. I had a unit at A-1 about 5 years ago and the place is just like I remember, clean! I'd highly recommend getting a unit here. Sabrina is the best!

I went to A-1 storage to inquire about wardrobe boxes, I needed the metal bar for hanging clothes. Samantha was a wonderful person to deal with and solved my dilemma. While waiting I noticed that the place is clean, organized and while she was on the phone with customers she was very professional and knowledgeable about her business. I would recommend this business as a well-managed place with great customer service.
