Great customer service and very efficient system. Facilities are clean, well-maintained, and smoothly run. Sabrina was very helpful and pleasant to work with and in general the company seems to be very flexible in terms of making the move-out/move-in process as seamless and as convenient for you. I definitely will plan to use A-1 again for future needs!

Great customer service! I recently moved to this area so I needed to find a storage to put my extra belongings. I called ahead for some Information and talked to Sabrina, and she definitely was informative about pricing and sizes of the storage spaces. She also took the time to answer any other questions before going to the storage. I've inquired at different storage spaces but haven't gotten much help so I was happy how friendly Sabrina was with helping me out. Definitely recommend this place!

After calling several storage companies in my area i was referred by a friend to A-1 Self Storage where i was immediately taken care of by Sabrina.She was wonderful and made the process very quick and easy. I was very impressed with this facility right away, Its clean, conveniently located and safe, all the units were nice and well kept. The rates were more reasonable than other places i called and i was able to secure a unit and get moved the same day. I would recommend this storage facility to everyone.

Okay. This is still a very decent business except for their outrageous prices. My mind is blown away. They just upped my rent to 196.00. And that's with a senior discount. Can you believe it??? Not only that. For some reason I was thinking I had like a 10x10 or 10x15 and that's why so much. Hell no!!! Yesterday I find out its a 7x10!! FML!!! Getting out as soon as I can. Disgraceful that they need to charge so much. WTF???

we were never contacted that our things would be sold, never received anything by mail, no phone call, paid for our storage and they allowed auction to happen. lost everything and still have never received anything from them. so be careful!
