Clean facility and comparable pricing to other storage companies in our area. Paul was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting us set up with a unit. Would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit in the area.

Very friendly staff, helpful and accommodating! Pros: Gerrod (I think is the spelling) works the desk, and is great. It was a convenient location for me, pretty easy to get to; elevator and carts for you to use to get things up and down. Also very clean. Cons: Limited hours, a little pricey (probably not for this area, but I'm not from here); that's about all I can think of for cons. I would definitely use this place again if I need storage

Gerrod was amazingly helpful! He took his time to help me to make a good choice on the storage space that I would need. He was very patient with all of my questions! I feel very confident renting a storage space from A-1 because of Gerrod. Highly recommended!

Ashley in the Torrance location was absolutely fantastic!!! I was perplexed with how to get two 4-drawer metal cabinets out of my storage and into the room for donations. Thanks to Ashley, she appeared with a dolley and with a no "problem attitude", wheeled the file cabinet down to the 2nd floor and returned for the second one. Ashley has that wonderful "Nordsrom customer servive" and what could have been a "stressful day" at storage was one of appreciation and calmness!Thanks! Nanci

Unbelievable service! Clean and easily accessible! Amber and Richard were so accommodating and easy to work with! Thank you for your wonderful help! I have used this facility for 6 yrs without any issues or problems! Keep up the great work!
The customer service was outstanding. Helpful , quick, and patient with my rowdy children. I feel safe with their onsite manager. You could tell he really cared. Also, the facility was in great condition.
This place is the best storage location you will find in the South Bay! The staff are all very friendly and professional, exceptionally so. They are also helpful and patient. They always take time to answer my questions, offer guidance, and keep me in the loop. The site is neatly organized, clean, and totally secure. Brilliant service, kind office staff (Paul) and over the phone response. The place is super bright inside the hallways and very clean. Also, way better prices than the self-storage near the beach. They play music inside too. I'm so glad this storage facility was recommended to me. Just can't say enough about their customer service!
