This storage unit looks awesome! Staff is very nice and helpful!!! There is surveillance on the units so I feel very safe leaving my dorm things here! Also the office smells like fruit loops, delicious!

By far the rudest office staff I've ever dealt with. Don't let your account go in to lean status while your away on business because they require you to come in to the office and pay even if you've used the same card your using to pay with multiple times!!
The rate increases here are absurd, started at $56 then steadily goes up. They know you won't move all your shit because it's a pain in the ass. Combine that with limited hour equals me hating this place.

Thank you for your feedback, Johnny. We, like most storage companies, move in customers at discounted rates. We therefore review those rates at 5-6 months and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing.
These guys have been awesome! I started storing stuff with them in 2011 during a renovation/move involving downsizing. Now moving from a three-story home to a slightly larger ranch home. So I am writing this review at the closing of my account. Start to finish, and two size changes I highly recommend this company and this location in particular. If I ever have need for a storage unit you can bet this is where I'll come!!!

Be prepared for additional cost!!! There's a $20 Administration Fee, $10 Cylinder Lock Fee (unreturnable), $10 per month Customer Goods Protection Plan that you must get if you don't have a Home Owner's Insurance policy & rent raise increases. My unit rent went up $15 after 6 months of signing up & got out before my 1st year is up due to another possible rent increase. We were looking for a storage place ASAP!!!! Well let me tell you this place is awesome!!!! They're customer service is EXCELLENT!!!! We got a storage Saturday and ended up needing another storage...sooo we got another one Sunday. IT'S super easy and fast to get a storage here all they ask for is ID that's it, no deposit, no down payment just simple and straightforward. Used A-1 storage for three years without incident. The initial set up process was seem less. The facilities were ways clean, rodent and bug free. My possessions were safe and secure at this facility. I am giving 4 stars only because in the past two prices did start to go up. But you pay for the convenience and security of storing your belongings.

Corina was very helpful and pleasant when I first went to check out the unit. I also asked if we could see the unit to see if all my stuff would fit in it... The units and grounds we're very clean. I definitely would recommend this place.
