The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the unit was nice and clean. They held the unit for me for several days to allow my shipment to arrive and even extended it when I asked for a couple of more days. On the downside, cars can tail gate though and the access hours are somewhat limiting.

Great experience so far! I reserved online and got a confirmation call right away. Corina got me set up in the storage unit today and was very nice and helpful!! She went over different options with me, walked me to the unit, and was overall very knowledgeable and helpful. Unit is clean and cool. No complaints!

This place is kind and helpful and I will always go here. Make sure to ask about deals, they're always willing to help! I got first month for $1 and 3 free boxes for being a student during their deal! Corina specifically is a great employee and really made sure to get me the perfect unit for my stuff. She gave me a tour of the premises and made sure to be available to me that day if I needed any help!

Excellent service, clean and convenient facility. Several years ago we experienced outstanding customer service at a different A-1 location. What a pleasant surprise to find out that the A-1 rep that helped us at the previous site, Harold, was promoted to manager at this facility. Storage space was nice and convenient, but when I went to cancel and remove my stuff, they refused to refund the remainder of the rent that I had prepaid for. I found that odd, and unprofessional, so I would not store my items with them again.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, Carlton. We ask our customers to give us notice of a move-out date prior to the date of your next payment, so that we can charge only for the days being used. Great storage center and really easy to get to. We had a 10x15 locker and it was perfect during our move to store items while we showed our house. Easy to pull up any types of moving trucks too and the carts around are heplful (although some a little shabby). Highly recommend!
Great place to store your items. Friendly staff, highly recommend and situated in a safe neighborhood. Their lift comes in handy when you have your storage space on the second floor.
Opened a storage this past Sunday. The girl at the front desk was very nice and pleasant. She showed me a couple of units and I picked the 2nd smallest size. The units are clean and the lifts and dolly's work properly. Overall the place seems very clean and well maintained. A relative of mine has had her storage here for about 5 years and has had a good experience with them as well.
