I am purchasing a new mattress and decided I should keep my present one in case I did not like the new one. They said they would hold one for me for a couple of weeks, and I even was going to get a discount. No contracts, I could sign up month to month, and no deposit until I actually needed it. Nice people in the office - easy to get it up and going - clean facilities Price for size . . . not great but also not bad - it is San Diego - for location / cleanliness it has proven to be a good deal for my needs. A-1 as a whole seems to be one of the better rental / storage units in the area [ have shared a competitor's unit and was not nearly as well maintained / clean ]
Such a great experience. It was so easy to get a unit set up and get my stuff moved in. Patty was super friendly and helpful from the first day getting my unit until moving all of my stuff out yesterday. She made it a breeze which I really appreciate since I was moving from Dallas. I will definitely recommend this location to friends and come back here if I ever need storage again
Simple, easy and clean. Was our first time renting a storage unit so we weren't sure what to expect. The other reviews are very accurate. The woman at the front desk who rented the unit to us took us on a tour of the facility and showed us how everything worked. Several minutes later we were set up and ready to go. Very easy to access the unit and the price is better than any other nearby storage facilities. Definitely recommend!
This is a great storage place. Ive stored at a couple A-1's before so I knew to come back because I already had a lock that the last place. I came today to rent a locker with Harold. He was very fast and efficient . Moving is a drag and the last thing I wanted to do was spend all day getting a storage. After we looked at a spot we went to do the papers I was out within 5 minutes.
