I looked at other storage facilities but this one stood out. The property is clean, secure and organized. Dean is wonderful. He is efficient and knowledgeable and provides great customer service. Very pleased overall!
THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Dean who's been helping people at this location for the past 12 years is fantastic to work with. We needed to find a clean and secure storage facility and looked at 5 locations.. A-1 was the cleanest, nicest and best price compared to the other storage places in HB. I would give this place 10 stars.. it's that good.. and clean and of course DEAN ROCKS!
While a little more money than the competitor down the street, I chose A-1 because it is spotlessly clean, all units are alarmed, security is tight, it is well run and Dean is a pleasure to work with. I packed up a bunch of stuff from my home for a remodel and this is the only place in the area I felt comfortable leaving it. Thanks Dean!

Dean is a very hands-on manager. He tries his best to keep the property safe, neat, and orderly and the tenants happy. I was only able to stay one month due to work relocation but I would recommend renting here.
Amazing service!! I have rented a unit at A-1 for many years and it is one of the best self storage places to be. Dean goes above and beyond to help out in any way possible and always with a great attitude. In the past I have rented at several other self storage facilities and none compare in the cleanliness, overall care, and the personalized service. I can't say enough about Dean and A-1 - except Rent at A-1 if you are given the chance!!!!! ;-)
Dean is the best, I've been at A1 storage for 4 years on and off. Dean is always there for me, looking out for me the whole 9 yards. I love this storage place and I love Dean. He is so awesome. I'll never go to another storage place as long as I need one. Dean goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure the customer is happy.
