My Husband & I were in need of a storage unit but due to taking care of a sick loved one we couldn't go in person for the initial set up of our storage unit. The Manager of A-1 Self Storage, Dean, handled everything we needed to do over the phone & online & was so helpful & understanding & made the process as simple as possible for us! A1 self storage is the best storage I have ever used for my storage needs. I've rented from a few other storages and non of those facilities even come close in comparison to A1 self storage on Gothard, Huntington Beach. The facility manager Dean is very helpful and always on top of any issues you may have. Dean keeps the facility clean, facility always smelling nice, bathroom is always stocked and maintained. Customer service at it's finest!!! Dean was welcoming and very knowledgeable. He made sure all of our questions were answered and really took care of us. I would definitely recommend A1 storage to my friends and family because of the great price and customer service.

My experience with A-1 self storage was beyond exceptional. I rented a unit for a short period of time to house a few medical devices that needed to be picked up on and transported on a regular basis. Not only was the staff extremely helpful but, Dean specifically went above and beyond to make sure I was always taken care of.
