We were very confused and worried about where to put our stuff until we find a house. And found out about A1 in Huntington beach. It was great decision that we made. We had great experience and great customer service. We would definitely like to mention DEAN he was the best. He helped us alot. Whatever the reviews says its true. We are very happy with the choice we made.
Truly as good as it gets! No need to look anywhere else. The facility is clean, safe and easy to access (with your code, of course! lol) The superstar of this facility is the manager Dean. From Day 1 to today when I cancelled my unit, he has been fantastically kind, friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I literally have nothing even remotely negative to say about A-1 and Dean. I highly recommend them and will come back if I ever have storage needs again.

This was my first experience with a storage facility and Dean set a very high standard! Couldn't ask for more from a storage facility. Clean, secure, nothing bent or broken. Storage unit maximized height as well. Great experience with every member, from the contact center in San Diego taking the extra mile to confirm the type of lock needed, to the staff who was more flexible than I thought possible, with regard to holding a unit for a specific day.
