I went online very last min and once it went thru on the web Dean called me with in a few min to confirm my reservations. He was extremely helpful and accommodating! Very knowledgeable and kind man. The facility is very clean and well supervised by cameras at night and staff during business hours.

Extremely clean place. Full security for your valuable. Dean was great in helping getting a spot for my vehicle storage. Nice gentleman polite and great customer service. I highly recommend going here for your storage if it's convenient for you.

Truly as good as it gets! No need to look anywhere else. The facility is clean, safe and easy to access (with your code, of course! lol) The superstar of this facility is the manager Dean. From Day 1 to today when I cancelled my unit, he has been fantastically kind, friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I literally have nothing even remotely negative to say about A-1 and Dean. I highly recommend them and will come back if I ever have storage needs again.

Couldn't ask for more from a storage facility. Clean, secure, nothing bent or broken. Storage unit maximized height as well. Great experience with every member, from the contact center in San Diego taking the extra mile to confirm the type of lock needed, to the staff who was more flexible than I thought possible, with regard to holding a unit for a specific day.
