Dean is the best, I've been at A1 storage for 4 years on and off. Dean is always there for me, looking out for me the whole 9 yards. I love this storage place and I love Dean. He is so awesome. I'll never go to another storage place as long as I need one. Dean goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure the customer is happy.
DEAN RULES!! I have had my stuff here for almost 3 years and had to add a 2nd unit this past month. I had reserved a small unit and when I got there on a Sunday with my U HAUL I realized the unit was too small. After a short panic attack thinking I would have to rent the truck for another day - I tried out the KIOSK and was able to rent a larger unit right there! Dean was awesome and creditited the smaller unit. He is one of the best customer service people I have ever met!
