Customer service is top notch. Dean was very helpful and thorough in our tour of the facility and was able to secure us an available unit immediately. He made us feel confident that our belongings would be kept secure.

A-1 Storage is a fantastic facility. Clean, reasonably priced, and the service from Dean and staff was top notch. We needed to use three large storage facilities for our move after 30 years of living in Huntington Beach. They were there for us all the way. Highly recommend.

I am posting another review this evening because I am so full of gratitude . We need more people in this world who have compassion and empathy for those in a tough spot or time in their life... I found myself there most recently. DEAN Mean exploited my Disabilty as he was frothing at the mouth in such a rage of anger to the person helping me with move. Customers were in shock with their mouths opened as they witnessed him bashing and bullying me as Witnesses watched in horror, they came tO me in disbelief of his misconduct and offered to testify if needed. We were faced with the monumental task of clearing out our parent's home and needed to find a storage facility that was secure and safe for many of their treasured belongings. After reading reviews on Yelp I made the decision to go with A-1 Storage. Dean was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional and 18 months later we still felt the exact same way. We have been storing our belongings at A-1 for about 8 months now, and I have to say that I am incredibly impressed. First and foremost, Dean is the epitome of what customer service should be! I ultimately rented here for 4 reason: **Top notch, above and beyond courteous and professional service. **Very, very clean facility. ***Facility is well monitored. I felt very safe while here alone and that my belongings will be very safe when I'm not there. **Price was very competitive. A mere $20 less a month difference down the street, but other facility was run down and harder to access. The overall value at A-1 Self Storage was best! THANKS DEAN for all your help!! I highly recommend!
