One of the best storage facilities in the area! The A-1 Self Storage facility is easy to find from the freeway. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgable and fast. The facility is very clean and easy to find your way around.
After writing my initial review, I was contacted almost immediately by someone in the head office advising they would correct the problem with the packaging AND refund the $$ I spent on the replacement bags I had to buy last minute with the movers. I appreciated the great response time and customer service. Thanks!!!

I have used this storage facility for more then a year and I have never had any problems. The building and storage units are VERY clean. We have changed units several times (depending on our storage needs) and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them.
I was VERY happy to have my stuff stored here. I had originally reserved a spot at the High Street storage place on the corner, but as soon as I pulled up, I turned back around. That place looked darn-right creepy in the day time. I walked into A-1, got a decent rate on a good-sized space and was always happy to visit my stuff. Rude service, and if you're a few days late on a payment, expect a letter threatening to seize the contents of your locker. In addition, they're much more expensive than many other self-storage facilities. Advice: shop around, you'll likely find a better place and one that respects their customers.
Have used and love A-1 Storage for years. I would recommend ignoring the h8rs posting unfounded comments here. Unless you plan to stop using a company just because you disagree with their religious/moral standings, which would be bigoted, by the way.
