I've had a storage here that I share with my mom , she always wants to write a review but never has access to the internet and is not very computer knowledgeable but .... We both really like how polite the ladies in the office are , they keep the place really really clean !!! We highly recommend you stop by here to see the facility , the security , accessibility and friendliness which makes you feel like its a trustworthy place to keep your valuable items . we are really happy we found this place so close to home !

Good, clean storage facility with an easy in and out access. I have been using them for years. They are always professional. I do feel they are a bit on expensive side, but that is probably the cost of using a nicely maintained facility.

The first month is usually free and if open a storage unit, be sure and check in because they won't give you the three free moving boxes later on. The whole property including the restrooms are clean and tidy. Maybe it's cause this place is run by women. They always have upbeat music playing in the interior hallways which makes it pleasant and upbeat when your moving!!!

This is the best storage facility by far that i have been to the customer service is awesome its very clean i must say that i really like the way they run the facility good job guys

I have been a client of A1 for 4 years. I have had a great experience. The facility is clean and well run and I especially appreciate the professionalism and courtesy of the staff - I especially Marisol. I had many boxes delivered to the office for my job and they would deliver them directly to my unit and I never had any problems. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a unit in Oakland.

Yep, I think it is the worst customer service in the bay areas too. Used to have a unit but not anymore. Changed to another better place than this one. Ha Ha Ha Ha..........

Don't rent this storage. It is the worst place for a storage. It's better to rent some at Alameda. It is better and clean also. It's real bad service also. And very expensive.

I just got my storage space and so far everything is great! Maribel was very helpful and nice. The facility is clean and I love the Kiosk concept for being able to do all transactions. Can't wait to use it. The key for the cart was odd but I was shocked when Maribel asked if I wanted to keep it while I go get more of my items and I could return it later. I didn't but I thought it was a great, trusting gesture.
