This goes without saying, but moving is super stressful. My husband and I lived in our condo for over 8 years in Culver City and are somewhat unfamiliar with the logistics of going from point A to B. Thank you for your honest feedback, Brian. I'm sure that a lot of Yelpers will find your review really helpful! I do want to clarify a little on rate increases. They are generally timed and we do give plenty of advanced notice. We typically review rates after 5-6 months, and sometimes make adjustments accordingly. We then review rates again after another 12 months and evaluate market conditions and pricing. I hope that helps, and thank you again for the great feedback!
