I like this place. They always do a great job keeping the place clean and the people in the front office are always nice and pleasant to speak to. My only complaint is that if you are behind on your payment they are quick to start that process to get your stuff inventoried and on the chopping block. I get it that they have to be that way but excessive fees suck and they will stack them on you.

The customer service here is A-1! They are very helpful and professional. Prices are fair and the first month is free! Easy access to my storage and size is perfect. Easy to get in easy to get out.

A1 Storage in Anaheim is a rip-off they fee the s*** out of you. They raise my rent for $137 to $138 now I got a letter saying they're increasing it $13 more to make $150 I haven't been there a year yet it's a bunch of s*** I wouldn't go to this place I'm going to move my crap out of there as soon as I can. It's pretty expensive for 10 x 13 storage unit for stuff just to sit there...

The team here is so friendly and helpful. Originally we'd booked a 10x10 unit, and Stephanie was so kind and knowledgeable throughout the whole tour process. Upon moving day, we discovered that we needed to swap our unit for a slightly bigger one, and Stephanie and her coworkers made it happen very quickly and with ease. The facilities are super clean, secure, and generally very safe feeling. Hours in which to visit are pretty generous too. A-1 definitely gets an A+ in my book.
