I've used this place twice now and I definitely appreciate their customer service. They were able to accommodate my need to access a unit quickly and during late hours. Although, I didn't get confirmation that I could come back after hours the next night, the alarm didn't go off which meant they had received my message of me needing to access my unit late that night. Wonderful location, staff and service. This was y first experience with self storage and the team made it so easy. I was texting from the website and they texted back promptly and stayed in touch. When I was ready to visit they remembered me and took me on a tour of the available units. They were so helpful and friendly it made renting quick and easy. I would highly recommend them if you've got extra stuff to store. I switched from a POD which was costing me about $225 a month, I downsized a bit and was able to drop the cost... read more

I never thought I would be reviewing a storage unit location but here we are! My friend and I were looking for a spot that was convenient and wouldn't break the bank between the two of us. It's no fun needing to put your stuff into storage BUT every single time I've needed to, I've always come back to THIS same place. The staff here has always been nice & the premises are always kept clean. I've always felt my belongings to be safe here as the location is well monitored 24hrs. Only once did I have a small rodent issue & as soon as I reported it, it was taken care of. This will be my 4th time using them & I'll continue to use them every time I need to store my stuff! =)

Super friendly staff. The storage units are very safe! You have to use their special lock, but the reasoning behind that is it will not allow you to forget to lock your unit and leave through the gate. Your gate code includes your storage unit number. Price is pretty similar to what you pay for a storage unit. I highly recommend this place!

The service I have received from Stephanie has been exemplary! I purchased my unit sight unseen! Did this all via their website. The emails from her were so clear and nice. Very professional! Then the text messages were an added bonus to check up with me, see if I had any questions! I could have stored my belongings closer to where I live but the service that Stephanie and Kelvin provided was great!!

Overall a great storage place with super friendly staff. Took off one star because the indoor units have no lighting inside which is a bit of a struggle as you can't really see everything so you will need to bring a flashlight with you. Also it can get very hot in those units so keep that in mind when you are moving stuff around. Rent is increased yearly by about $10 which isn't terrible, but there were no noticeable differences to the place, just remember that going into it the price will not stay the same throughout your t... read more
