RecommendedAAA staff (customer service & Efrain our tech) were all very courteous and professional. AAA was contracted by Nicor Home Solutions to fix our Samsung fridge and Jenn air oven. Efrain was quick at diagnosing the problem for our stove and very quick and efficient at fixing both our oven and fridge. It was great to receive an email of Efrain's picture so for safety reasons , it was much appreciated to know ahead of time who to expect for our service call and a picture of our tech was a great bonus. What amazing service! From scheduling through improved washing machine my experience with AAA Appliance service was awesome. Billy was the tech asssigned to us and he was terrific. Super polite and professional, he was knowledgeable about my 12year old LG front loading washing machine. He gave me some great tips to keep my machine in top notch shape. I would DEFINITELY recommend this business.
Brilliant service! Billy is an excellent technician, skilled at repairs and at explaining what needs to be fixed. Also appreciated the clear communication from AAA about when I could expect them.
Matt from Georgia was awesome! He's my hero! Had an issue with my Samsung washer. He found the problem, fixed it in a jiffy and was courteous and professional. I'm one happy customer!
Everything went smooth, from talking to Jennifer on the phone to having Matt come out and replace my Samsung ice maker. Great job all around, highly recomend AAA Appliance service here in N.E. Georgia.
