RecommendedWhat a great experience. Service man Dave came to replace a power cord for our dishwasher due to a Boesch recall for our model. He was cordial, attentive, explained well what he was doing, made sure when he put the dishwasher back that it was centered in its space under the counter, ran the dishwasher to make sure the water lines and discharge hose were not "kinked." They kept in touch with me throughout the process. The tech arrived on time, was friendly, knowledgeable and my appliances are running great!

AAA staff (customer service & Efrain our tech) were all very courteous and professional. AAA was contracted by Nicor Home Solutions to fix our Samsung fridge and Jenn air oven. Efrain was quick at diagnosing the problem for our stove and very quick and efficient at fixing both our oven and fridge. It was great to receive an email of Efrain's picture so for safety reasons , it was much appreciated to know ahead of time who to expect for our service call and a picture of our tech was a great bonus.
