I feel obligated to express my total satisfaction with the quality service I have received from AAA Service Center. Every person I have dealt with that represents AAA, from the scheduling representatives to the technician who did the work, have been extremely professional and made me feel that solving my issue in a timely fashion was of great importance to them. I got a call saying our repairman was to arrive in 15 minutes - he arrived on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and provided me with follow-up / choices on repair. I could not be more satisfied.

This makes our second appliance that has been serviced by AAA this year. They are very professional and what is most important is they LISTEN to the customer and don't bury themselves in technical data. In my opinion you can't make a better appliance repair choice!
