Outstanding! Called on Friday - contact person was more than helpful and pleasant. Made an appointment for today, Monday, May 18. Was contacted to let me know that the technician was on the way - he arrived at the given time. Technician, Billye-Jo H was courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. He addressed the issue quickly and with expertise. Would definitely recommend this service - no other. Absolutely the finest repair service I have ever had the good fortune to use. Excellent!
This Service Center and Staff is the Best. From getting an appointment to the service technician Rick - everyone was helpful, understanding and did every thing possible to get my appliance up and running. They are on time, clean up and considerate of their customers. Also the prices are more than fair compared to other service companies.
