We had a service call on June 17tn and he called for the model number to make sure he had the right part to fix my appliance. Called on Friday and was there on Saturday morning. Billy was professional, personable, and respectful. Jennifer was also very helpful with scheduling and also was polite on the phone.
Overall a good experience. Our problem was not an emergency and AAA worked in a reasonable timeframe. LG could have been a bit more organized in dispatching... Our technician, Cisco, was friendly and professional. He was clearly invested in delivering a positive customer experience.

I had a problem with my clothes washer it was vibrating violently. the tech diagnosed the problem ordered parts and fixed my washer, very professionally good service.
