Arturo was amazing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the necessary parts. He installed the parts today in record time. He is very neat and polite. I highly recommend Arturo and AAA appliance.
Arturo is a genius. It's not the first time he comes and fixes the unfixable. It will take a long while to get the parts, but it's not his fault but of the company making the appliances... (Shhh, it's ASKO, and it has a really bad customer service). So I still don't have a washer, but he managed to fix the dishwasher with no problems. And told me what to do when I'm away for a long time so it won't happen again. (Please, if I'm not supposed to use the name of the maker of the washer and dryer, feel free to erase it.)

Excellent service! I was told a new ice maker was needed for the refrigerator in my office. Arturo V said he would put a rush on the parts order...oh boy did he!! He came back to the office (in a high rise building in downtown Chicago) a few HOURS (not days or weeks) later and installed the new ice maker. He was very pleasant and professional. AAA Appliance is an outstanding company to do business with...I highly recommend them!
