You call with a problem and they refer a certified technician (so they say wasnt the case until dave with AAA)for the washer dryer or this case.. I continue to receive excellent service from AAA Appliance from the initial booking to the follow up emails when the work is done. Ivy set up my appointment and was very easy and flexible to work with. Billy came out today and was not only very knowledgable on my Frigidaire dishwasher and fridge, but was also very professional and friendly. AAA Was recommended by American Home Shield Insurance as the company to repair our ice machine (stand alone Scotsman unit). Overall communication was great. Effrim (Spelling??) was very pleasant and conscientious. He was able to quickly identify the problem. Parts needed to be ordered as once available they called again and came to fix. NO problems. Not the usual situation with repairs. Well done this time and will certainly use AAA again.
AAA Appliance fixed my dishwasher and serviced my over the range microwave. They are very professional and courteous. John provided thorough explanations regarding what needed to be repaired. He arrived on time and coordinated his findings with Nicor Home Solutions directly. Highly recommend!
