WOW - There aren't enough words for the FABULOUS service I received today from Appliance Service Center. It started from the moment I called. The lady answering the phone was professional and courteous. They just happened to have an opening today that i was THRILLED to take. 2.5 hours later I received a call that the tech was on the way and he pulled in 15 minutes later. AAA was awesome from the girls at the appt. center to Bill from Ga who came and did the work. Called before he arrived, tested everything, excellent.
The repair man who worked on our oven was excellent.
They were excellent! Bill was on time, very professional, knew exactly what was wrong with my ice maker and had it repaired in record time! A very positive experience. And we have ice in abundance!!
Courteous, efficient service from first phone contact (Jennifer) to completed repair (David). The complete opposite from another repair company we started with on this issue which misdiagnosed our problem and tried to charge us 3 times what I ultimately paid AAA (including much higher prices on identical parts), and was rude and condescending with multiple delays to boot. The wait for service was a bit long but the service was very friendly and helpful after a very bad experience trying to go through LG directly. David was courteous and diagnosed the problem quickly and professionally. He tested the machine with a few trials when he new part was installed and work was done
