Whilst my sister has been in Abbey Grange she has been cared for like family. The staff give 150% of care to all residents.

The staff at Abbey Grange Care Home are really friendly, always helpful, and very knowledgeable, the care they provide my father is fantastic. They always have time to have a chat when an appointment has been booked to visit making sure everything is alright.

Having reached the age of 99 mum's health gradually deteriorated and after a period of hospitalisation, she was transferred to Abbey Grange to receive end of life care. Covid regulations together with living at distance from Abbey Grange made visits impossible. However, during mum's short stay we found all of the Abbey Grange personnel to be professional, friendly and caring, providing reassurance mum was treated with respect and dignity until her passing. In the short time that my mother has been a resident of this care home, she has received brilliant care. All the staff seem very knowledgeable, warm and friendly. A few of them even bought her presents on her birthday.

I can’t fault the care my father has received over the last 18 months he’s been a resident at Abbey Grange. I know how traumatic it is to make a decision for the welfare of our elderly members of the family but you’ve all gone above and beyond to help me and my family to realise I’ve done the right thing. Thank you to each and every one of you.

During my Dad's short stay until his passing on December 3rd, the staff at Abbey Grange have shown nothing but compassion, care, dignity and total professionalism. They treated us with total respect and compassion and went out of their way to help us and keep us informed during tough Covid restrictions, including numerous phone calls and Facetime. If anyone is looking for a care home for their loved ones, I highly recommend the Grange.

I am extremely happy with the care given to my father during these trying times. There has also been a readiness to give support to me and regular updates whenever there are any health issues. While I miss seeing him I know he is in good hands.

My mum has been in respite care at Abbey Grange. She has put on weight since she moved in. She doesn't seem as nervous. All queries have been answered promptly. The staff seem very caring and even arranged a video call between me and my mum.
