My dad has been a resident in Abbey Grange Nursing home for almost a year and has received excellent care in that time. The staff are hardworking, caring and compassionate and always respect my dad's dignity. Nursing care is of a very high standard and it gives our family great peace of mind to know he is so well looked after.

First time visit. Pleasant ambience. First visit to a care home for probably 20 years. So difficult to cross-compare standards.

This nursing home and staff are a credit to your organisation. The home is spotless, the staff are helpful, friendly and informative. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and welcomed like one of the family. The nursing and carers are fantastic. They inform you how your mum is doing. I honestly cannot find anything to criticise this home or staff, absolutely fantastic.

During this month the staff went out of their way to make the home and all residents and visitors made to feel welcome, with smiling faces. Nothing is too much trouble, no matter how busy they were, even inviting relatives to have Christmas lunch with their loved ones, which was a lovely Christmas Day for all.

I have been pleased with the care my Mum has received. Staff have made time for both Mum and I. They are responsible, caring and do their job well. I have found the staff pleasant to deal with, both on the nursing and admin side.

Generally the home is well staffed, clean and tidy. There is always a lovely welcome but the important thing is my dad is happy and cared for in a satisfactory way.
