Dad came in as a permanent resident in early Jan'19. He was allocated a lovely room nearby the lounge. He settled in very well and is happy, safe and very well cared for. He loves the food and says the home is very warm and clean. The staff are excellent and we always feel welcome - so friendly and genuinely caring for the residents. All in all, this gets 10/10 in our book.

Whenever you call, you are greeted as family and made welcome. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff are amazing showing kindness and compassion to all.

Friendly, family-type care by all staff in their dealing with my uncle and family friends. Extremely aware of the emotionally difficult type of decisions having to be made and always confidently supporting our different pathways needed. Always approachable and giving confidence to my uncle so that he feels relaxed, loved and confident in their dealings with him. We are so pleased he is in their skilled care and would highly recommend it to everyone.

My dad has been a resident in Abbey Grange Nursing home for almost a year and has received excellent care in that time. The staff are hardworking, caring and compassionate and always respect my dad's dignity. Nursing care is of a very high standard and it gives our family great peace of mind to know he is so well looked after.
