Lied to by Employees I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima there in December 2017. Love My Car , Horrible Experience Purchased an absolutely beautiful 2017 Nissan Rogue for great price and interest rate but It was the worst car buying experience of my life. The staff was unprofessional, had to redo the contract multiple times, kept adding on extras and treated me with disdain especially when we used our corporate discount. I encourage you to purchase a Nissan from anywhere but ABC Nissan.
Certified used Nissan altima Purchased a certified used Nissan Altima. Was hit with a $500 brake job 4 months later. Wrote a letter to Nissan and heard nothing back. ABC Nissan said they couldn't do anything because it's a wear and tear situation. Driving a car 6,000 miles does not cause a $500 brake job no matter how hard you brake. Dealership also locked me in at 3.9 when we agreed on 3.7%
Horrible Service.... Go Elsewhere... Just purchased a vehicle... Should not have this many issues already. The dealer refuses to fix it because its not an immediate safety issue... The vehicle should have been taken care of before it was sold! Not hidden until after all done.... The salesman was the only nice thing about this place... Would not recommend doing business here!!

Do not shop here I was just starting to look at cars, and after doing my research and talking to friends, narrowed my choices down to 3 different Used SUV's. I wanted to test drive each of these vehicles (Nissan, Kia, and Chevy) before making a decision. Worst experience ever!!!! Went to ABC Nussian to get a new lease ( mine is up in May). Since Nov there sales department has called, text and emailed me saying I'm a loyal customer ( my husband and I bought 4 cars from them ) I qualify for all these programs blah blush blah. Went there Joe tried his hardest to put me in an Infinety when I declined he wasn't happy. I have a 2014 Altima fully loaded. Horrible experience Since I'm new to Az I needed to get a car. Since I like Nissian's I went to ABC Nissian. What a mistake. Joe T my sales rep was horrible. He wanted me in what he wanted.. After asking for a manger, one finally came over to me. He was the most unprofessional manager I ever met, never introduced himsel. Needless to say I didn't buy a car, I would never recommend them to anyone HORRIBLE staff

Distastefull Customer Service Worst customer service I have ever exerpienced! Unless your buying a new car from them, they purposefully drag you through the mud to make the process as difficult as possible, constantly reminding you its easier to buy a newer more expensive car. All employees are clueless and could care less about customer serivce, the receptionists were talking about last night while we waiting for them to finish to ask for help. Buyer BEWARE!
