Horrible After Purchase Service I bought a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder from ABC Nissan in February 2015, from a sales person named "David". Within 6 months the sun visor on the drivers side breaks. Very Crafty group of individuals Bunch of liars with no respect for human. Wasted 3 hours of my time. David and his gang kept coming up with different stories, they wanted to charge me for $1,600 optional fees, I didn't add any option to the vehicle. Take your buisness elsewhere NO star rating if it were up to me that should be an option anywhere! March of 2014 I took my Sentra in for routine oil change. Everything wrong with car buying. At first when contacting the dealership they were pretty nice and friendly. I asked about some cars listed on their site which they said they had and that was price. Flaky Dealership Made an appointment the day prior to come see a vehicle the next morning. While driving the 30+ mile commute to meet for our 11am appointment, the sales person we were supposed to meet called me en route to explain that the car we were coming to see would not be available because it had been taken to auction. Beware! These people are shysters! They must be getting their own employees to write reviews to have more than 1 star here! Check them out on Yelp! It's horrible! Top rated for Cheating and False commitments I had two such bad experiences - 1) I went to buy the car from them they took all the details from me and we were discussing about the Financing options then they said to be that we will do a credit check. I said if you can do a soft hit then go ahead else no need as I will do cash deal. Despite me not saying No to hit my credit score they went ahead and hit my credit report. Crooks! Buy a car somewhere else. We bought a 2014 Nissan Versa last year. Came to trade it in and they decided to try a screw us. Advised them we were shopping around and had a deal on the table with Honda so they wanted to see if they could beat it. Well after 6 hours I had to demand my keys back for my car.
