Sub Par Service and Care of Cars Service was sub par once the deal was made. Nobody checked the car before they sold t to me; it was covered in paint scratches. Dealing with maintenance was horrible, it took a week for them to fix the scratches twice and they didn't notify me when it was done so they clearly can't communicate. Terrible customer service forged our signature Don't give them your ID it's very difficult to get it back. I think the salesman name was David R. He would disappear for long periods. They try to ad on to the price expensive ad ons. ($300 for locking lug nuts etc).Make sure they take them all off. Finance department was less then professional. Warranty repair This dealership refused to cover warrant work. They turned me away after taking the day off to get my truck serviced. They claimed it was bc my vehicle was manufactured in Canada. I gave them my vin before I even scheduled the appointment and they didnt mention a problem. After contacting multiple dealerships, they confirmed that my warranty does transfer to usa. Give me what you promise. Unsatisfied Customer. after spending about 4 hours negotiating a car with navigation, I didn't get a walk through of the vehicle I was purchasing and to my surprise navigation wasn't included. I called back salesman asking about it and his response was "I was 100% sure it had navigation, but it doesn't". The deal was under-delivered. Terrible Please don't get fooled by all these fake reviews. They don't honor their internet pricing. They take your ID and keep with them so you don't leave.
I'd make the trip again. Wanted to buy a new vehicle and quickly became disappointed with quality of the sales staff and unwillingness to be honest and trustworthy. I quickly started looking outside the Tucson area and sent a few emails to dealers in Phoenix. Soon a young man called and said that if I was willing to make the 100 mile trip that ABC Nissan would make it worth my while. Don't negotiate with Isaias Coronado, Not worth your time, go Avondale Nissan, they have better finance manager and salesperson. Even I gave them all information so i don't have to come all way from Tolleson with sick daughter. You will regret after meet Isasis.
Overall poor customer experience I was told by my sales person he would "order" me a second key upon the sale of my vehicle. I called twice and emailed him to follow up and he continuously told me he still needed to order it. Upon my fourth follow up in person the sales agent is no longer with ABC Nissan but because I don't have anything in writing they will not honor the agreement.
