Very very reputable veterinarians and assistants are great with my dog always and always know exactly what she needs and what the problem is. Very friendly and caring to my dog and they express genuine concern and love to my dog.

I'm so pleased to have found Dr. Kaplan! I was very disappointed with our previous vet and concerned about who to try again. On our first visit in Mar2018, we were met by Sonia, the manager, who made us feel welcomed. She set the stage for the exceptional doctor, Heather Kaplan, that we were soon to meet. I would like to Thank ABC Vet as each time we go there they are so helpful understanding. We board our little Pitty there each we go to Maui and they are very good with our dog. Thank you again ABC.

This place never answers their phones; recording always states the call is outside business hours no matter what time you call between their posted business hours. Then when they say you can leave a message, that message stated the mailbox for message is unavailable because it's "full"...? if they can't answer their phones as a basic business process, what else are they screwing up on the vet side of things? Prescribed so many medications that the bill would have been over 500 dollars (as well as a pheromone collar that made my cat foam at th e mouth and freak out) for a common bladder issue in my cat, took him to another vet who prescribed only one medication and it cleared everything up fine.

Lack of communication . They'll charge for everything just to get nothing out of them. I regret going here and not going to Veterinary Specialty Hospital of North county. I paid over 1k but still have not gotten any results , they asked if we wanted same day results but it will costs us more . We declined because they said we would have results within 24 hours. Mind you it's been 3 days and still have to wait another 2 days for results. I guess If you don't give them more money they don't give a F about your dog .

they'll change your appointment time without asking if it's okay. then if you question them they get very offended and rude. Jen hung up on me when I politely questioned them. DEFINITELY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

I am very disappointed with the care and communication I received at ABC Veterinary hospital. The week of my dog's follow-up appointment, she had to be admitted to the emergency hospital after a health scare. Thankfully, she was diagnosed with old dog vestibular syndrome and is doing well. I called ABC Veterinary and spoke with a gentleman at the front desk to explain everything that had happened. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I took my 15 year old cat here that I've had since I was a child. I got another cats results sent to me and was immediately told it was the wrong animal and to disregard it. They only sent me blood test results and the beginning half of the GI panel, saying my 5 lb cat was healthy. They also explained there were more results coming and would send them, which were never sent after multiple check-ins from my side.
