Horrible! Do not bring your pets here! Like many other recent reviews the customer service is horrible! The office manager could care less about correcting thier errors and doing the right thing. Ordered meds through ABC website and received a call from front desk employee saying my order could not be fulfilled because a exam was needed. Of course they want another exam and more money. I really hate to leave a 1 star review, as ABC has been fantastic for us over the past decade. I feel the only way this feedback will get anywhere is if I do leave 1 star and it makes me really sad. I don't know what happened. Their customer service has gone from caring and thoughtful to a ridiculous script of what they CAN'T do. All compassion is gone. Back in June of 2022, I brought my 4 year old dog in for a check up, and he had routine bloodwork done. His Creatinine came back slightly elevated, so the vet had me come back six weeks later and have him retested. Again, his results came back elevated and higher than his first test, so he was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease stage 1. I spoke with Dr. Wandrey and asked what I could do to help him. Dr. Kaplan is a crook if I've ever seen one. It's crazy to me the mix of five star and one star reviews here for her. I have a feeling the people with five star reviews just signed off on whatever she wanted without question. I went in for a recurring allergy issue I usually see dr. Becca but she was out. I have a pending claim with my pet insurance that can't move forward until ABC Vet provides them with my dogs medical records. It's been 3 weeks, and they still haven't sent anything to my insurance. I don't understand what is so difficult about sending over medical records. My dog has only been seen at this practice once, so it's not like his file is full of years and years of records. Two stars means "could've been better". I went in for two vaccines that were new to me. We were not told to come back for boosters, we were not advised to get on the calendar. Just paid the bill and sent on our way. We thought we were good and vaccinated. Then I start getting emails and reminders in the email to come back for boosters, so I call and ask why I am receiving these things. If you need medication call in, don't hold your breath. Call Wednesday to have my dog medicine call in to the pharmacy as of Friday they still haven't gotten it done. They said they are to busy to make the call.
DO NOT GO HERE...Recently I changed vets from ABC to a closer vet. My new vet called ABC to get my cat's records emailed. Staff at ABC REFUSED TO SEND THE RECORDS TO MY NEW VET UNLESS I FILLED OUT AND DELIVERED TO THEM A MEDICAL RECORDS RELEASE FORM WITH A COPY OF MY ID!!!! I called ABC and spoke to their manager, who ridiculously said "our vets like all the paperwork to be filled out correctly prior to releasing records." Absolute horse s**t!!! Just be aware that an initial visit here with a new kitten is $170. The nurses don't let you know that this package only covers their first visit, and initial shots. Upon the second visit, they will charge you another $170 for the booster shots. When you bring up that you were under the impression that the first package purchase was going to cover both visits, they will flippantly inform you that this is just how it is.
