We have been here before and it has always been in the off season and been very good. But here we are visiting on 5/18/24 and less than a pleasant experience. We waited for over an hour after ordering our food to actually get it. We had to send 3 out of the 4 meals back due to the steaks not being cooked to the right temp and lack of flavor. 2 hours with 4 small kids was really rough. My sister (celebrating her birthday) had to leave before the food arrived because her kid had a meltdown because it was past bedtime. We have had a great experience here before, brought the family, greatly regret it.

We sat on the second floor outside and the service was terrible. Waited 2 hours for basic bar food and had to go to the bar to get our own drinks. Our server wouldn’t even come check on us or let us know of any issues. To top it off we were there to celebrate a birthday. There was even a bridal party near us who had the same issues.

We had a very poor experience with our waitress. She struggled with the bare minimum for service. Our reservation was made for 6:45 but we weren’t seated until just before 7:00, and we were not served our food until 8:30. The staff also seemed very confused when a family member back home called the restaurant to purchase an order of champagne for my table of friends; it took additional communication between my family member, myself, the manager, and our waitress to get the champagne to the table.

We had a reservation at 8pm. We got our table at 8pm. At 930 we asked where our food was? The manager said there was a mistake in kitchen and asked if we wanted our food boxed up. We said no we had waited for our food this long we wanted to sit and eat it. They starting turning off lights while we were eating. The server had zero personality and never apologized. We always go to Abendigo's when in Hochatown. Very disappointed. My steak was terrible. Others in the party were happy with ribs and larger steak. If we return, I'll stick with the chicken fried steak. Service from the bar was very slow. Appetizers were quick. entrees were very slow.

Unfortunately I assumed because you had to have reservations, this would be a good place to eat. We were seated a table and I was very wobbly. The wait staff attempted to fix the issue but to no avail. I ordered a house margarita and it took fifteen minutes to get to the table. The $14 margarita tasted mostly of margarita mixer and splash of triple sec. My wife and I ordered an appetizer and we asked for the check. Tip included I paid $42 for this subpar meal. Food and drinks were very disappointing. Salmon was over cooked and had no flavor. Mac and cheese was un eatable.

After reading the reviews, I was expecting better food. Very greasy. I had a reservation and was seated at a pretty crummy table. Disappointing all around.
