Our food was cold when we received husband got the fish and he didn’t even eat he took one bite and left it sitting. Overall was not impressed
Service was poor. We had reservation and it took 15 onset us when there easily 6 free tables. Waitress took forever with drinks and food. Chicken Alfredo was very dry and sauce was tasteless. Old fashion was pure whiskey. Do not recommend this place.
Watch out for credit cards! They charge 3.75%! No way their merchant fees are that much, so they are making money on credit cards. Was disappointed to make a reservation to then be seated in a bar. My daughter wanted pasta so she asked for just the spaghetti and they tried to charge for the Chicken Parm (waitress said we could order it that way) so we had to argue for a lower price. Food was good enough, but nothing special. I don’t recommend it.
Service took forever. Ambiance was horrible. Seated right by bathrooms though our reservation included a note about it being our anniversary. One meal came out burnt. Food was mediocre. Quality of service and food were horrible considering the prices. Will not be eating here again.
Made a reservation but was 30 min past the reservation time. Filet was supposed to be medium rare but was closer to well done. Was not given or offered salads with the meal. For $180 for 2, I was slightly dissatisfied compared to when we have dined there in the past.
The food was absolutely terrible! The seasonal veggies were not cooked fully and just tasted like butter. The sauce for my pasta was runny with no flavor. The chicken had a rubbery texture to it. I would avoid eating at this place.
Rating for service- I had Reservations...45 min after my Reservation time I went to check on the wait time, they were waiting on a specific table to leave for us to be seated...definitely needs to be done a little differently. Also I'm pretty sure I got someone else's plate. I ordered medium filet with Mac n chees and I got well done kids steak with fries....Wasn't as good as prior visit.
The music was so loud we could not continue our conversation. The food and drinks were good but overpriced. It took them about an hour to serve us. We spent over $200 for 4 people so I would expect a nice atmosphere, timely service, and excellent food.
Wait staff were not very organized. It took a while to get seated even though we had a reservation. And it took a long time for food to come out. Food was expensive and not worth the price. But, it’s probably your best choice for dinner in this area.
