Food has gone downhill. Used to be really good.
Had reservations and they placed us in this weird place. Server was constantly rushing, causing us to feel rushed. We came for the atmosphere and just didn’t get any of it.
I ordered the 12 oz ribeye medium rare $32.00, my husband the chicken fried steak $25.00. We also had drinks totaling $44.00 My ribeye came out mid to mid well with cold mashed potatoes, hubands mashed were hot. We sent my plate back so I sat and watched my husband eat his meal while waiting for mine, he was finished by the time mine came back out. Terrible food. Excellent service. Ordered shrimp and grits and pasta Louisiana. I'm from Louisiana. Learned one thing, if you can't see the sea, don't order seafood. Nasty sauces. Ordered eggrollsfor appetizer, gross! Will not go back, ever.
We were surprised to learn that the bartender wouldn’t make virgin drinks.
We were a party of 7 with a reservation. We were seated quickly. The waitress started off ok but was not attentive as the night progressed. When we asked about our meal, 1 hour after being seated, she was rude. The meal was not delivered timely and remarked about other larger parties being before us. We were seated at the front door so we saw everyone coming and going. We would have been happy with regular updates and a simple apology. We really wanted the food and experience to be good. Unfortunately, we left very unsatisfied. The food was not good at all. Will never go back.
Abendigo's was ok! It had been better the 1st time we went. A little overpriced for their food quality.
They sat me indoors by myself. It was really awkward.
