Very knowledgeable. I was able to find my flooring, order it, and pick it up the next day! The flooring I purchased was fabulous! Highly recommend About Floors and the Parkay (LVP) product I purchased. Way better than anything you can find in the big box stores! And just as fast (at least what I ordered).
Well done. Installers did a nice job of getting the carpet installed and moving the furniture around. Very courteous and professional.

Sales person Liz did an excellent job in walking through the entire process. Floor installer Israel did an outstanding job! Overall experience was excellent.
Process was quickly streamlined, from measuring to ordering to installation. We love the quality of the carpet, color and texture, in addition to its durability. The install team was courteous and diligent. Nice that they provide an additional warranty for a year and offered to "repair" any issues with the surplus product. We hope to do our staircase next!
