Very pleased with quality of carpet and pad….just what we were looking for! The whole transaction/process was easy and timely. Installers were wonderful!
The whole project went off with only one minor glitch which was handled immediately. The floor came in on a timely basis and CJ, the installer, did a great job. Would recommend them, in fact I already have.
From beginning to end, this experience was fantastic. Liz and Bryant expertly managed the assessment and quote, with multiple onsite visits to pick tile, asses installation and then deal with an unexpected moisture issue. The staff is really helpful and patient. We were selecting some tile combinations and Bonnie really has an eye for what works and what doesn't. Very helpful and kind. Due to some supply chain delays, the owner even agreed to refund our up-front payment if the backordered materials weren't in house on the date promised - which wasn't even something he could control. Easy to work with.
Bonnie was so patient and helpful when it came to choosing the best products for my project. I love the tiles we chose and the price was great! I definitely recommend About Floors and More!
