I needed a cash out refi and was on a difficult deadline to meet recieving this cash. Mr. Ohanian heard my issue, made it personal and somehow completed everything in weeks, sooner than expected and no bank fees. He found ways to save me money here and there, guided me through the entire process making this process stress free. Mr Abe went above and beyond, he’s the reason I’m a home owner today. He works extremely hard. Each time there was an obstacle to prevent me from getting the mortgage, he was always encouraging and find another way. He’s truly a saint. My closing was pretty high, he found ways to reduce it, and got me a lower interest rate. He’s the best at this. And he always made himself available to walk me through. I’m truly bless to have met Mr Abe.

Abe was amazing through the whole process. We had only claimed bankruptcy 2 years prior & with all their hard work they were able to secure me a mortgage. We are grateful that we had a good team behind us along the journey. I myself was so nervous & stressed going into it but his team made it easier for me. I cannot recommend Contour enough!!!
