Working with Abe was truly a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a pain free mortgage with someone you can trust who's always there for you each step of the way. Throughout the entire process Abe provided endless support and education to make sure my wife and I were happy and comfortable.
Buying your first home is extremely stressful and time consuming. Working with Abe was the best decision we ever made. He made everything easy and always assured us that everything was going to be ok. No matter how stressed I felt all it took one was one call to Abe to calm my nerves. I would highly recommend him to any homebuyer looking for a smooth transaction with somebody who will walk you through every step of the way.
Thanks to the staff at contour mortgage and especially Abe ohanian am now in a home. This is a dream come true. Abe is a straight shooter. Thank you Abe for making it happen! Abe is great he is very knowledgeable in his field. Was always available to answer any questions and walk me through the whole process. Great experience as a first time home owner. I look forward to working with him again in the future & definitely will recommend him to my friends & family.
Abraham was great, did a Great Job on securing a loan for us and guiding us through the closing process. He is very knowledgeable in his field and was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. I’m already recommending him to friends.
Abe was great! We had just been turned down for a loan with our bank, and Abe was able to secure a loan and guide us through the closing process. As first time home buyers it was great to have such an attentive broker (and quite a different experience from dealing with our bank). From the first day we contacted him right through to the closing he was always available to answer the many questions we had, and was always extremely straightforward and clear about the process. Great guy to deal with and super professional. Highly... read more
Abraham is the most amaizing mortgage consultant you can ever dream to deal with! Before saying a word about Aby, it has to be stated that this was our first home buying experience, and we were not knowledgeble about the process. From the begining Aby said he would make it work, and he did! He was very honest, he explained how everything works and what options were available to us. He was responding to all our questions in a professional and timely manner. Throughout the process he was notifying us about the progress towards... read more
Abe helped me through the entire process of purchasing a co-op, which was quite lengthy and convoluted. Abe explained every step along the way and answered my e-mails/phonecalls promptly. He communicated well with my realtor and lawyer and kept me up to date on any and every change along the way. Highly recommended!
I have no words to express my gratitude towards Abraham. He made the impossible possible. Just when we where turned down by other banks Abraham was able to have us close within a month. His turn around time was unbelievable, because of him we have a place to call home and our soon to be here baby will have his own bedroom. Abraham thank you once again, without your time and effort this would'nt be possible. Now my fiancee and I, can enjoy our time and patiently wait for the baby with no worries.
