Abe was efficient ,courteous ,diligent and made this whole process pain free. I would and will recommend him to everybody and anybody who does not want to have to deal with the anguish and worry of the mortgage process. Abe was a pleasure to deal with and always got back to us with answers to questions we may have had. A+++
Abraham is very humble and honest person. He is extremely efficient and answers all your questions. I highly recommend Abraham because he was quick to complete the purchase of my home. He is very dedicated to his customers and making sure they're satisfied. My friend recommended him because of his outstanding service.
Working with Abe was AMAZING. We are very impressed by his work ethics and professionalism. Because of Abe, we were able to close the house within a month. He went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. I strongly recommend him.
It does not get better than Abe. At least not in the mortgage game. My experience as a first-time home buyer has been essentially seamless because I was dealing with the best in the industry. Everything from his professionalism to his sensitivity to our fears as first time home buyers was stellar. His ability to get the deal closed ASAP with no hurdles is what takes the cake. We couldn’t be happier with the choice we made to go with Abe. He guided us with his intelligence about varying loans, rates, closing costs, home insur... read more
I've been in contact with quite a few lenders in the past, both for myself and through my work in insurance and Abraham is one of the best professionals I have ever come in contact with. He is knowledgeable, genuine, and very friendly. He took care of me from A - Z. I will certain use him again and will definitely recommend him to all my friends and my customers.
Mr. Ohanian did for me what other lenders couldn't. Re-finance my home, along with taking equity out. Everything went smooth and as promised. I will and/or would recommend him to whoever. It was a lovely experience, and at no point did i feel pressured and/or misguided. The lines of communication where always opened, and he made me feel that my loan was just as important as all the others. To make a long story short, i had purchased my home in 2005 along with 2 other investors (my mother and her boyfriend, bad move by the wa... read more
It was a great experience working with Abe. As first time home buyers, he was very thorough with the whole process and explained every single step. It was a breeze to do paperwork and he got us ready for super fast closing!!!
First time homeowner. Abe and his team were great, solid advice all around and went above/beyond expectations. My coop board was difficult to say the least, but Abe and his team helped getting the issue resolved. Happy 2018, typing this in my new home thanks again Abe.
The line of communication during the process was second to none. Even on those busy days when you're balancing work, clients, and everything else in between, Abe Ohanian was there to help us stay on top of things as we worked on our first home purchase. Hope to be requiring your assistance in the near future. Thanks for the World Class service bud.
