Abe came highly recommended from a personal source. I then began my application for my first home, Abe made it very easy to understand what was needed and kept in touch throughout the entire process. AFTER BRIEFLY WORKING WITH ANOTHER CONSULTANT, AND HAVING A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I BEGAN OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ABE OHANIAN, ABE STEPPED IN AND IMMEDIATELY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS. Abe was a huge help throughout this whole process. This was my first time buying a coop and I had minimal knowledge about how to go through the process. There are no words to describe how grateful we are. He made everything possible for us to close on our short sale home. Words can't even describe how wonderful it was working with Abe and his team! Abe Ohanian went the extra mile to help out accomplish home ownership. He was very helpful explaining thing out and teaching me during during the whole process. we found a few bumps in the process. He suggest me what to do to correct it.
